The Fcl Project was started by Kjell Harald Pedersen, founder of the norwegian company Torrlient.

The Project started: 2024/04/21, 178 days ago. Originally created to work on the Traverser System. But was later completely moved to be it's own standalone project. A project with serious motive to really make automation and simple software development easier than ever before.

Programming is difficult. It's hard to learn and extremely complex to Master. And while programming skills are important and valuable. They are not always needed at a deep level.

License

Let's talk about license. While it's not stated that fcl is freely available. We encourage individuals to share, modify, change and distribute any source code found under fclang.org. Programming and Scripting should be fun, that means no restrictions.

Fcl Empowers Individual Engagement, Interest and Ability to Create and Automate

We believe that every person should be able to create smaller scripts and software without real programming knowledge. Although Fcl is not a real programming language, one can learn alot about programming by simply observing.

And who knows? Maybe Fcl is what enabled the next big innovation.
